Simpson Grierson | Creative Director/Designer

I worked at Simpson Grierson in New Zealand (NZ) for a total of 3 years, leading visual rebranding efforts in collaboration with a design agency, enhancing previous achievements. I focused on redesigning reports, thought leadership pieces, and print materials to align with the firm’s brand message. Implementing new branding into tenders and sales materials resulted in positive client feedback and increased revenue.

Additionally, I developed signage and wayfinding concepts for the new Wellington, NZ office, seamlessly integrating the brand identity. Collaborating with senior staff, I custom designed pitch documents and directed the design of capability statements and tender materials.

I also provided art direction for photoshoots used in reports and website visuals, and managed the Graduate Recruitment campaign, ensuring a professional candidate experience through photography and design of interview materials to attract top talent and uphold the firm’s reputation.
